How to add Feedback on edvi web App?

To add feedback on Web, follow these steps:

  1. Open the batch in which you want to feedback by clicking on “Show Batch Details.”

  2. In the left menu, locate and click on the “Feedback” option.

  3. Within the Feedback section, find the “+ Add Feedback” button at the top right and click on it.

  4. Fill in all the necessary details for the feedback.

  5. Click on the “Click to record audio/video” button to record the feedback to the batch.

  6. Select whether you want to enable or disable video recording for feedback.

  7. Record your feedback, then click Continue.

  8. Click on upload.

Note: Once added, Feedback cannot be edited or deleted.
