To reset your password for the parent email account,
please follow the steps below:

Go to the password recovery page: (edvi)

Enter your email address (abc@gmail.com)

Click on “Send OTP”

Check your email (abc@gmail.com )for the OTP (One-Time Password) and enter it on the recovery page

Set a new password for your account

After resetting your password, go to the login page: (edvi)

Click on login using email
-
Enter your email
-
Click on “Next”
-
Enter your new password
-
Click on “Sign In”
